Description Jim Knepley 2004-06-07 17:51:37 UTC
My DHCP server is a Zyxel Prestige 312 firewall (aka the Zywall 10). It is set
so that is assigns a 25 bit subnet mask to clients, but the squeezebox reports
the mask as 24 bits.

I just automatically updated the squeezebox (holding down "Brightness" for 5
seconds), and it seemed to work. It claims to be version 10, which it was
before.

The IP range that box should live in is 192.168.1.0/25.

The box still works fine in my configuration, just a technical nit.

Actually it turns out the subnet mask *IS* being applied correctly, it is just not being reported correctly
in the status menu. So no cause for alarm. Thanks for reporting it.

I took a look at this, it's actually pretty hard to fix in the SB1 operating system. Unless it's a big support
issue, let's let it go.
