Incorrect time format displayed: h,mm,pm (12) diplays as (h,mm,ss,pm (12) 

Other 12hr formats also display undesignated 'ss.'

Make sure you have set the correct version of the time formats.  Specifically, the DateTime display (default off screensaver) has a setting specific to itself, disregarding the server setting under formatting.  Check server settings->plugins.
