Description Philip Meyer 2006-06-06 11:54:02 UTC
My random mix prefs are set to:

Add new items when old ones finish
Now Playing will show 10 upcoming songs and 10 recently played songs.

When I start a random mix, I get 10 songs in the playlist. However, new songs are not added to the playlist when tracks finish playing.

duplicated on june 8th 6.5b1 nightly; random mix will only play 10 songs, then repeat the same 10 songs unless you trigger the "PLAY" button on the remote (creates a new 10 song random list). Expected behaviour is for the server to automatically create a new 10 song random list in succession

works for me after change 7830, try June 9 builds and confirm

Anyone who still sees issues can re-open or verify.

It's still not working for me (I'm currently on SVN 8028).

Using the Player UI (Random Song Mix), I get 10 random tracks in the
current playlist, but no new tracks get added to this as the tracks play.

It works through the Web UI, except that when pressing Random Song Mix,
the mix is always associated with the first player. ie. If I try to
play a random mix for the study, it actually plays in the bedroom.

sorry Philip. on the web UI, I cannot reproduce. The player id in the url matches the player, and changes when another player is selected.

the player UI has nothing really wrong. however, the command callbacks are no longer sending the client...bugger.

player UI side should work as of change 8032
Comment 7 Philip Meyer 2006-06-17 15:23:59 UTC
I can confirm that Player UI now works, and Web UI seems to be working now too.
