Bugzilla – Bug 3364
playlist parsing is still not quite right
Last modified: 2006-05-01 16:50:02 UTC
slimserver does not appear to be doing the right thing with .cue/.m3u files when found in the same directory as music files. I've attached an archive containing a sample directory which illustrates the problem (the flac files are truncated to 5000 bytes - all the headers are intact). Basically, there are ten tracks on the album and following a wipe and rescan, slimserver shows the following items under the album listing: 1. Watch Yourself by Buddy Guy from I Was Walking Through the Woods 2. Stone Crazy by Buddy Guy from I Was Walking Through the Woods 3. I Found a True Love by Buddy Guy from I Was Walking Through the Woods 4. First Time I Met the Blues by Buddy Guy from I Was Walking Through the Woods 5. Let Me Love you Baby by Buddy Guy from I Was Walking Through the Woods 6. No Lie by Buddy Guy from I Was Walking Through the Woods 7. I Got a Strange Feeling by Buddy Guy from I Was Walking Through the Woods 8. My Time After a While by Buddy Guy from I Was Walking Through the Woods 9. Ten Years Ago by Buddy Guy from I Was Walking Through the Woods 9. Ten Years Ago by Buddy Guy from I Was Walking Through the Woods 10. Broken-Hearted Blues by Buddy Guy from I Was Walking Through the Woods 10. Broken-Hearted Blues by Buddy Guy from I Was Walking Through the Woods
Created attachment 1220 [details] Sample album directory The attached archive contains a directory named "test" which contains flac files and playlists (m3u + cue). The flac files are truncated to 5000 bytes so save space, hence the small size of the archive.
