Description Julian Neil 2006-04-27 22:15:16 UTC
1) Create Music folder containing a single compilation album.
2) Clean install of 6.2.2 release.
3) During install set Music Library to folder containing a single compilation album.
4) Server scans on startup.
5) Set compilations and genre browsing Behaviour options to:

"Group Compilation Albums together"
"List Albums by Band"
"Show any tracks & albums for an artist"

6) On SB or web interface, select Browse Genre
7) select the genre for the compilation album.

In artist list it shows:
"Various Artists"
and an entry for individual track artists.

Should only have entry under "Various Artists".

NB: When Browse Artists is selected from SB or web interface, behaviour is correct.

I believe this was previously bug 3046, fixed today as part of the process toward 6.3, available in teh nightly builds as we speak.
