Thanks to Vidur's work on making web hooks for plugins, we also have a great way
to create dynamic links from Slim::Web::Pages instead of having hardcoded links
in home.hmtl.  Post 5.2, it would be cool to move more towards that system.

dynamic links for home page

This patch lets the server create the home page links for browse, search and
help. With this, home pages can take on new links without the need for updates
by the skin authors.

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
