Would be nice to have a Skype plug-in that pauses/mutes SoftSqueeze when making or answering Skype calls.  Skype has this built-in for WinAmp, and there is Skype plug-in to do this for iTunes.

sounds like something that needs to be written into skype, moreso than slimserver.  slimserver already has a command line interface that cause trigger a pause or mute.  see help section, technical information.

Technically, that may be true, but from a marketing perspective, it would be a good idea for Slim Devices to initiate it.  I think in this situation, Skype is the 800 pound gorilla.

Yes, it should be written as a plug-in for Skype, not vice versa.
