After selecting Chinese from the player UI, I noticed only some items in each menu are localized.  Arguably some should not be (like "Pandora Radio" which is an english-language trademark) but I can't see any reason that "Live Music Archive" or "Time Zone" should not be localized.

We'll open up the SN-specific strings to the community for translation as part of bug 2969.
