If a SN player isn't assigned to an account, let's move the Squeezebox PIN settings item to the home menu. It's hard to find in setup. Once signed up, it can just be in Setup.

Also, if a customer hasn't registered their player yet, the PIN should also be shown under Pandora. Once signed up with a PIN, if they haven't created a Pandora account yet, replace with the existing message.

Done. Main menu now has "Your Squeezebox Pin: %s" above Sign Off. Pressing right on this menu displays this help text:

Unlinked Squeezebox
This player needs to be linked to your SqueezeNetwork account. Login to squeezenetwork.com, click Squeezeboxes and enter the PIN: %s

The same help text is displayed if you enter Pandora without being linked.
