In the C:\Program Files\SlimServer\Release Notes.html file, there's a link to "SlimServer 6.x - Current version is 6.2" which points to C:\Program Files\SlimServer\Changelog6.html.  However the correct file is located in C:\Program Files\SlimServer\server\Changelog6.html.
