Time zone setting on SN should look like:

TIME ZONE (8 of 19) (RIGHT TO SELECT)
San Francisco - 2:28 pm                            [x]

not

TIME ZONE (8 of 19) (RIGHT TO SELECT)
San Francisco                               2:28 pm [x]
                       

When the user changes the setting, it should showbriefly:  "Saving your selection..." and not push right.
