I lock digital volume for maximum fidelity. The songs from Pandora seem to be all over the board loudness-wise.
Actually, most are pretty similar, and then a few are very low

Most songs are pretty close, but occassionally there is a very quiet one.

I'm closing this as it is a Pandora issue with their source audio files.
