Description teatime 2006-02-26 23:09:09 UTC
posted a version of this in the forums but figured I'd add it here as well, if it's ok ...

dan - grabbed the latest nightly with the new LMA plug built-in. thanks for the heads-up.

- The shows that would not load in the past -- like, all the Grateful Dead dates that wouldn't work in 6.2.1 -- are now both browsable and playable. I know it may sound trivial to some of you guys ... but the ability to have, basically, a jukebox of 1,000 dead shows plugged into my stereo is wonderful. So thanks.

On the testing front of the new LMA, here's what I'm experiencing:

- For some reason, the show dates (for GD, at least) aren't sorting chronoligically in the SB's browser ... they are listed this way on the LMA web site.

- When you have the DATE of a show up on the SB, and hit play on the remote, it plays the show just fine. BUT ... when you go one directory deeper -- to view the songs -- and hit play on the first track, it ONLY plays the first track, and any attempt to jump ahead (by hitting the "fwd" key on the remote) simply jumps back to the start of the first track. I have my server set up to continue to play entire folders when one track is played, so I think this might be a bug.

Again, thanks for this thing ... and if any of my comments can be corrected by simple fixes on my end, please let me know.

Andy - I think this has been fixed. Can you confirm?

Thanks
