I see the following behavior when a new song starts playing:

Press Pause on remote.
Top display line "NOW PLAYING" changes to "PAUSED".
Audio mutes.
But elapsed time keeps counting and (default) level meters keep bouncing.
Press Pause on remote.
Display "PAUSED" changes to "NOW PLAYING".
Audio un-mutes at point in song shown on elapsed time counter.

Subsequent presses of Pause behave as expected, until a new song starts.

I can't duplicate this one.  Pause works fine for me.

For what it's worth, I also see this behavior when using the Pause button on the SqueezeNetwork page.

I'm using an SB3 with firmware 28.
