customer requested feature...  i know people are usually pushing for exactly the opposite, but this gentleman said that the program he uses to play audio on his computer has an option to introduce a gap between tracks, and he really likes it because sometimes he'll be playing a slow mellow track and it'll go in to a really fast track and it's jarring.

i figure adding a gap would probably be a lot easier engineering-wise than removing one, though...right?
