Some more details...  The rescan button should be able to trigger a rescan of the file system, itunes or 
moodlogic.  This way folks have a way to have changes noticed sooner.

this should take care of it.  Instead of returning for iTunes and Moodlogic,
MusicFolderscan::startScan can call the appropriate startScan.

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
