It would be much easier to browse artists, albums and artworks if there were a 'NEXT' option.  This way you could keep your mouse in the same place while browsing.

Agreed.  the pages need stable Next and Prev links/buttons that are easy to aim a clumsy mouse at rather than a tiny letter thats never in the same place.  (using the default skin here on 6.5 trunk)

fishbone skin has had this since about mid-june, change 7918 I believe
