I changed the service setting for slimserver to restart on failure.  It doesn't work.  After a crash, the service does not restart.

Marc - is that a Windows Services setting?

Is there anything in the Event Log?

this is under the recovery tab.

and it now appears to work.  don't know if something has changed or if it was operator error.  closing this as working.
