Description Steve Kalkwarf 2004-05-03 06:22:50 UTC
Browse the web page at localhost:9000;
Browse Artists;
Select an artist;
Click the "play" button next to any album.

The album starts playing, as expected. 40-50 seconds later, the first track restarts at '0'.

This is reproducible.

Hi Steve, I can't reproduce this here. Can you tell me the server version number, which web skin you
are using and what kind of player (SLIMP3, Squeezebox or MP3 player) you are using?
Comment 2 Blackketter Dean 2004-05-03 08:16:57 UTC
Also, what web browser are you using?
Comment 3 Steve Kalkwarf 2004-05-03 19:35:27 UTC
HiDean,

Server 5.1.5, default skin, SLIMP3 hardware, and Safari.

It does not happen with the same server config serving to a Squeezebox.

does the latest nightly, and slimp3 firmware 2.3 still have this issue?
Comment 5 Blackketter Dean 2004-05-20 14:08:20 UTC
This should be fixed in the latest nightly release:

http://www.slimdevices.com/downloads/nightly/latest

Please download that and try and let us know if the bug still happens for you.

Sorry for the delay, I was out of town for a few days.

I installed last night's build (5/26) and the firmware that came with it (2.3).

I cannot reproduce this bug any more.

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006. I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
