Multiple device playlists not displaying correctly in Web UI

Strange one that just started happening several 6.5b1 builds ago. Currently using 1/17 version. Basically, I have a Squeezebox 3, and two SoftSqueeze players (one at home, and another here at work). The only player that is named is the Squeezebox, Bringing up the Web UI defaults to the named player's play list on the right side. The other two players have IP numbers. I change to either IP players, and while the Now Playing shows the correct file, and will continue going through the playlist, the actual playlist (playlist.html) fails to update the playlist, and the playlist for the named player continues to be displayed. I can add to either IP players playlists, but the playlists won't display. Tried renaming the other IP players, and basically, whichever playlist it displays first, that's what I'm stuck with no matter what I do with the drop down list on the right hand side. Also, "http://xx.xx.xx.xx:9000/Touch" won't display the drop down player selection box, whereas "http://xx.xx.xx.xx:9000/nokia770" does! The workaround for me currently is to access the Web UI using "http://xx.xx.xx.xx:9000/?player=xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:97" to force the playlist for that particular player I want to control to load.
sounds exactly like what is described in bug2810. please feel free to add more details to that bug if you have any. the reason Touch does not display the pulldown is that it is a different skin, with different design ideas. the pulldown in that case appears only on the "now playing" page. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 2810 ***
