As described by Fred in the following thread:

Would be nice to have some kind of pagebar function to ease grouping lists by characters or letters:

pagebar for:artists pagesize:10
pagebar for:artists pagesize:10 count:5 page:1-B page:C-M page:N-R ...
 
and then you could do something like
 
artists 0 10 pagebar:1-B
