Description Blackketter Dean 2005-12-13 20:15:12 UTC
cover art browsing performance would be improved dramatically if we created thumbnails of cover art images and cached them.
Comment 1 KDF 2006-01-26 23:40:59 UTC
is there more to this than is already there?
Comment 2 Blackketter Dean 2006-01-27 09:08:27 UTC
the "then cache them" part isn't done.
Comment 3 KDF 2006-01-27 09:34:15 UTC
ah ok, it looks as if the browser cache is holing them fairly well. Would it not be a bit redundant to use slimserver memory space to do this as well?

Probably. Let's mark this as an enhancement and see if it comes up.
