Description Matt Richards 2005-12-06 15:29:23 UTC
When I rescan the library using the "Delete everything and rescan" option, the track list for any album has each track listed twice, e.g.:

1. Track Title 1 from Album Title by Artist
1. Track Title 1 from Album Title by Artist
2. Track Title 2 from Album Title by Artist
2. Track Title 2 from Album Title by Artist
3. Track Title 3 from Album Title by Artist
3. Track Title 3 from Album Title by Artist

etc.

I tried downloading the latest nightly (6.2.2 - 5333) and doing a rescan with "Clear library and rescan everything" selected, and still get this.

do you have the lazy search plugin installed?

I don't know what it is. I used the default install, so the only plugins I would have are whatever ships with SlimServer, if any.

Problem was due to a shortcut in the music directory that pointed to the music directory, causing an additional scan.
