In the Fishbone skin, when the "Forget this player" link is clicked, the left pane  is reloaded inside left pane, as oppose to the normal _top window.

fixed in change 5294, and 5295 for 6.2.2 builds. now reloads entire frame to clear out the forgotten player.

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
