Customer requested.  Makes much sense, though.  Would be nice if you could use the Shoutcast 
browser plugin using the web interface as well as through the player...

server supports web ui for plugins.  its a matter of the plugin now being
altered to make use of it.

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
