user requested feature--wants to ignore the party shuffle playlist and other various playlists..

Since this is an enhancement request, it's going to need to be moved to 6.5.

It's about time to get this implemented. iTunes is adding more and more automatic playlists which are not always usable in SC (eg. "TV Shows"). We should add a preference where the user can list such playlist names to be ignored. Additionally we should try to implement intelligent defaults using iTunes' localized names for these (if possible).

change 26372 - add pref to ignore iTunes playlists by name. 

Defaults to some common playlists like Video, Purchased etc.. The localized default values are stored in the strings file and must correspond to whatever iTunes uses. Added all but Czech as found in iTunes Localizable.strings
