Hi,
 latest tested on nightly 6.5b1 16th november build
During the setup the service isn't installed (doesn't appearin the services list).
 If I try to manually install I get the following:

D:\Programmi\SlimServer\server>slim -install
Can't locate object method "add_suspects" via package "Encode::Guess" at /PerlAp
p/Slim/Utils/Unicode.pm line 93.
INIT failed--call queue aborted.
ServiceName not set

If I start slim.exe or slimserver.pl everything runs fine

This happens on a clean install (completely remover previous version). Versions 6.2x up to the stable one works fine.

6.5b1 2005-11-20 works fine
