customer reported issue.  he says he has the latest firmware on the router...  can we pick one up, dean?

I have a fix that should appear in firmware 37.  Will update this bug when it's available for download.

Can you please try firmware 41 available in the nightly releases. In this
version most of the wireless connectivity problems have been fixed. If you
still are having problems please reopen this bug. Thanks.
