First let me say, Great Product!!

I'm having an issue attempting to play the following;

mms://69.43.137.40/jazztrax051106h1.wma

I've added it to a .m3u playlist and tried to play it through squeezebox2, with no luck

I've added it to a .wpl playlist and tried to play it through squeezebox2, with no luck

I've attempted to use it as an entry for the 'Radio tune in' url with no luck. 

If I plug this url into WMP 10, it works fine. 

If you go to Jazztrax.com then to their weekly syndicated show, you will find other urls like this. 

I get an error on the SB2 stating ' Problem can't connect to server' 

I'm running winxp sp2 
SlimServer Version: 6.2.1 - 5024 - Windows XP - EN - cp1252 

Network connection is at 80%

Same annoying Bug for me, 
mms://nashe.e-se.ru/nashe1/ or mms://nashe.e-se.ru/nashe2/ isn't working on squeezenetwork or slimserver anymore although:

1. it is still working in Windows media player (of course same link)
2. some days ago it was working on squeezenetwork. Yesterday I upgraded to firmware 28 (from 26) and used slimserver 6.2.2 the first time.
3. it a stereo (128kb) stream, so the BBC problem doesn't match.

My Squeezebox immediately says: can't open stream for:

Me too. Only WMA streams are affected. (Shoutcast, etc. work fine.)

Examples:

The strange thing is that I can still listen to all these stations in Softsqueeze...

(Win XP SP2, Squeezebox 2 firmware 28, Slimserver 6.2.1)

More info:

The same problem occurs with v6.2.0 (and whatever firmware version goes with it).

Workaround: Downgrade to v6.1.1 (firmware v15).

Hi Martin, do all the links really work in Version 15 or are you just trying ver.15?

are these urls using WMA Voice codec?  Softsqueeze does not handle wma natively so it transcodes all wma.  Squeezebox does WMA lossy native, and will expect to play without any external codec.  WMA voice will fail, since it is not licensed as part of the standard WMA codec.  Server settings->file types, disable wma built-in and it might work.
