I often find that I'd like to browse the folder for a song that I've found using search on the remote control, or from a playlist. Is there already a way to do this or is it possible to add this feature in some way.

I want to press (or hold) a button and then enter browse music folder so that I may check the other songs in the folder or navigate to the parent folder using the left button.

I suppose it's possible to play the current album of a song that has been found during search but I guess this doesn't work if the songs are not tagged properly. I've tried this but slimserver crashed (6.2.1 - 4941)

A very reasonable request.  One thought, press RIGHT to see song info, press RIGHT again to see the song in Browse Music Folder.  Up/Down should let you scroll through the other songs in the list.

This requires a new function to support entry into BMF with a given folder.  Currently, it is entirely done via a hierarchy of folder id's.
