On 6.5b1-5029 the handheld skin, viewed on a Palm TX PDA, does not include A-Z
links at the top of the page to allow navigation through Browse Artist, etc lists.

pageHeaderMenu is broken somehow.  it needs to be forced into working with the
crumblist thing that moser set up.  many of the plugin pages are also broken in
similar ways. 6.5 only.

fixed at svn change 5073.  you'll find this in the Nov 6 nightly of 6.5b1

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
