Description Peter D'Hoye 2005-10-28 12:15:55 UTC
I installed the latest nVidia nForce4 drivers (6.82) and the slimserver
webinterface stopped working. The skin itself comes up, but then a messagebox
pops up saying "Transport Error: 404. Are you sure that SlimServer is running
and your network connection is up?"

The top of the skin says "Downloading Player List..."

My SLIMP2 plays as it should.
My other servers (web/ftp) are up (configured on other ports, yes I know that)
Reinstall of SlimServer didn't change a thing.

Any tip how to debug this one?

Turns out this only happens with ExBrows3, which I recently started to use. So
maybe that is broken and this has nothing to do with the drivers?

Sorry for the misinformation

transport error. I think I recall jacob linking this with the RPC plugin. MAke
sure you have that enabled in server settings->plugins.

jacob, any other thoughts?

ExBrowse3 needs the XML-RPC plugin. You get the above mentioned error if the
plugin is not enabled.

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006. I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
