I want to be able to use different plugins without having to change manually. 
Add a feature that makes it possible to use a list of plugins for each mode, 
e.g. when in standby mode and running each plugin during a specified time. 
Example:

RSS news, 60 seconds
Weather, 30 seconds
Other, 30 seconds
etc.

it is currently possible to find weather rss feeds that can be included in rss
ticker.  wonder if having duplicate entries in the rss list will effectively
replicate this idea.

RSS would be a solution, also if a local RSS XML file may be used (not 
possible today according to another reported bug). An RSS file may be produced 
for any purpose. But sequencing of plugins is a more general solution, 
existing plugins may be used without having to use RSS.
