- Some of the page icons aren't displayed if slimserver is running on some Unix/
Linux flavour due to upper/lowercase issues (eg. Favorites). The icon string is 
uppercase where the actual filename is lower case. (see thread http://forums.
slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=16456)

- the new squeezebox_logo.small.gif does not have a transparent background any 
more. The black bg doesn't look great on eg. Handhelds gray color.

second issue is now fixed as of change 4856

It's not quite fixed yet: the first issue is still there. Maybe it would be enough to uppercase the image on 
some *X system and check it in again?

committed to trunk at change 4892 and 6.2.x at change 4891
only ones I could find that were missing was the h_BROWSE_PLAYLIST.gif(.fr) for
favorites.  The rest seem ok. re-open if there are some that I missed somewhere.
