In both the player and skins, the bitrate for WMA VBR files is shown 
incorrectly.  Here is one example from a WMA VBR track:

  Bitrate: 	160016kbps VBR

Thats a pretty high bitrate!  Seems the calculation or returned value is off by 
about 10^3.

fixed for tonight's nightly.  will require a rescan to appear correctly.
