When running a SB2 from SlimServer, one can opt for fixed digital output while
retaining variable analog output.  This option is available under "Player
Settings, Audio, Digital Volume Control."  It would nice to support the same
feature on SN Player settings.

Added a setting to set digital volume control.

This bug has been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeNetwork!

Well, this was fixed circa 2006 per comment #2 but now it's "broken" again with the latest "fix."  The idea was to allow for *fixed* digital outputs (connected to an AV receiver) and *variable* analog outputs (to drive headphones for private listening w/o firing up the whole AV setup.)  Now we are back to tying the analog and digital outputs together.
