Description Mike Benjamin 2005-10-20 14:57:54 UTC
In 6.2b2 when Random Mix is used slimserver gets confused as to what track it is
displaying. If there are 3 recently played songs the player should always be
Now Playing track 4. When it starts it works fine as it is advancing tracks
while it populates those history tracks. Ultimately the player will try to
advance to track 5, then when the plugin refreshes the playlist it should be on
track 4.. but it's now displaying the now playing information for track 5.
Playback is not affected, but the wrong song is displayed.

The problem seems more easily recreated if the next track button is used to
advance tracks a few times.

Is this the web UI or Player UI?

I can't reproduce this with the latest nightly release. Mike: can you update
and see if it's still happening and reopen the bug if you still see it?

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006. I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
