Build 4508, Fishbone skin.

When I use the search music facility, I get a returned hit count and links to 
several pages, followed by a lot of blank space before the search results, 
such that the actual search results are displayed off the bottom of the 
visible page.

yes, that's correct.  its an IE problem that I have no interest in fixing right
now. I have spent the last of my days wasted pouring over IE.  patches welcome.

fixed in change 4514
IE refuses to adhere to the margins, but the empty space is gone.

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
