When using the default skin and browsing by artwork.  Clicking the "Select a
Mood" link generates a "404 Not Found: mood_wheel.html" error.

I'm also wondering about the intended functionality at this level.  I'm not sure
how this would wook.

hrm.  there shouldn't be a moodlogic link on browse by artwork.  moodlogic does
nothing with albums

fix committed at change 4428. browsedb_artwork now uses the mixer import links,
so will only show applicable mixer links. (ie, musicmagic :)

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
