I have set up several internet radio stations in my itune.  Using the latest 
nightly for 6.2beta (24 Sept) and setting slimserver to use itunes, when I try 
to connect to one of the radio stations, slimserver web interface says that 
it's playing, however, squeezebox is showing "connecting to play" and is not 
playing the radio station.

Gary - could you turn on --d_remotestream & --d_source debugging?

In the Debugging section of Server Settings.

The output should be sent to http://localhost:9000/log.txt

This works just fine for me - I'm guessing that the URL you have in iTunes is bogus somehow.
