If the PC has no soundcard installed, SoftSqueeze fails to load and the error 
does not indicate that a soundcard is missing.  The current error is:-

Instead this should be a dialogue box that says "No Sound Card"

Fixed in r4731. In Softsqueeze 2.0 binary.
