As discussed on forums: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=16383

When "none" is selected for the power off screensaver, the desired behaviour 
is to display a blank screen rather than date-time screen.  This would also 
avoid the brief flash of date time which occurs before any other off 
screensaver.

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
