Description Jonathan Lumb 2005-09-07 05:34:32 UTC
When RSS Feed addresses are added to the database in the web interface, the
slimserver software automatically reads the feed and grabs the feeds name.
However, there is no possibility to rename the feed throught the web interface.
The only option available to me was to go the slimserver.prefs file and change
the entry manually which is rather tedious.
A rename via the web interface would allow uses to customise the name of the
RSS feeds that they are viewing, making them more appropriate and personal.
This would be a handy feature and I'm sure- an easy one to implement.
Thanks
Jono
