Description andy 2005-08-18 02:00:09 UTC
Hi,

I did a search, couldnt find any reference to this.

Noticed some characters being misread, check out the Bjork Medlla album for an
easy example, Medlla turns into something else as do many of the track names.

Added version..
Comment 2 KDF 2005-08-18 09:07:57 UTC
please attach a sample song.
as for searching, look for 'accented character'. bjork, sinead o'connor do turn
up.

oh, please also provide info on what tools were used to encode the tracks, and
for tagging.

EAC.

Filenames etc are fine on my pc. Reads proper!

Andy: we need an example file to debug this. Bjork works fine on my system here.
Comment 5 Dan Sully 2005-08-23 22:41:32 UTC
Andy - does the file in question have any tags? Or are you using "guess tags" ?
Comment 6 andy 2005-08-29 11:53:42 UTC
Hi, Excuse the delay in adding more, been travelling.

Yes these are WAV's, no tags, using guess tags option.

Re request for a sample file, the album in question is Medulla, this link will
take you to the track listings: http://unit.bjork.com/specials/albums/medulla/
will this do?
Comment 7 Dan Sully 2005-08-29 11:57:03 UTC
Andy - please try the latest 6.2 nightly.
Comment 8 andy 2005-08-31 12:29:55 UTC
Latest nightly works perfectly.

Thanks........
