Enhancement request to allow internet stations shown in the Shoutcast "Recently
played" list to be added to the SlimServer "Favorites" list using right arrow key.

The Shoutcast stations currently can be added to Favorites via any *other*
method, e.g. browsing through genre, "Most popular," "All Streams," or "Misc.
Genre."

You could still press right when playing the stream. Only a workaround, I know, 
but still better than going to search that stream in the "all streams" list...

I might soon be doing some work on the shoutcast plugin and would have a look at 
this issue, too. Thanks for the suggestion.

I added the favorites menu to the recently played streams in change 3992. Please 
expect some bugs as I did change a lot. Any comment and bug report is welcome!

Didn't mean to open new bugs, but report them here or rather with bug 1882... I 
know I should have been in bed long before I committed that change.
