it stays there for quite some time.

i'm not sure when i first noticed this, but it's been there for quite a while...
 didn't think much of it, but it looks kinda stupid.

that's the "current playlist" title.

And this shouldn't be set unless the playlist is in Saved Playlists (i.e. is in the folder or is a named 
playlist from iTunes, etc...)

how about not showing playlist_name for remoteURLs

dont show playlist name as the "current playlist" title if its a remoteURL
