When playing internet radio stations, the lack of some values in $osDetect cause
some harmless perl warnings on NetBSD (and probably other unixy platforms that
aren't OSX or Linux).

I've attached a patch to define those values for these platforms.

This bug was marked resolved in Slimserver 6.1, which is several versions ago.  If you're still seeing this bug, please re-open it.  Thanks!
