when you choose a radio station to play, there's no feedback while it's buffering up.  we should update 
the screen every two seconds when starting a stream until it starts or fails. (this would be on the now 
playing screen).  Most important for SN, port to slimserver when ready.

Screen should look like:

Now Playing:  (Connecting...)
KCRW News

then:

Now Playing (Buffering 10%)
KCRW News

the buffering indication should be the percentage until the station starts (not the overall fullness of the 
buffer).
