Feature request to have possibility to override the language preference with URL parameter. 

For example:
http://lms:9000/?language=FI

This would give web interface in Finnish no matter what the language preference setting is.

The benefit of this feature would be that different users could use same server with different language. Eg. I want to use always English interface but my wife prefers Finnish.
