Your support wiki, wiki.slimdevices.com, is being hit hard by bots that are creating false accounts. To see them:

I recommend installing a CAPTCHA extension like QuestyCaptcha which comes included in the latest MediaWiki version. (Part of the "ConfirmEdit" extension.)
